A little human being

A cry of relief and a baby is born
An angel inside indeed,
She looks up and sees you smile
So she doubles up as a devil in disguise,
And cries for almost everything
For you most certainly oblidge,

She plays with all her toys ,
And when u make a rattling noise
She jumps up in glee
That moment lasts forever with you ,
And you try your best to make her smile
Just that one more time ,

When the child decides to sleep ,
You hold her close to ur heart
And she cuddles up all the more ,
You wrap her up in all these sheets
To keep her safe and warm ,

As the child wakes up from her little slumber,
her big beady eyes make you wonder,
So you sway by her side and stay mesmerised ,
Until you get an answer

When her two chubby hands touch ur face ,
its almost like its divine ,
Her little scent fills the room
And you feel blessed again

When you reach out to teach her things ,
She 'll grab you by ur finger,
And make you think .....
"Aren't i just a little human being ?"
